Our Heritage
The greenhouse began in the 1970's as a result of Connie Nobles' love of African violets. Stewart joined in the fun by adding the annuals, trees and shrubs that he loved and the nursery was born.



Our Growth
Chris and Kim Carter purchased the nursery in 1986. Through the years the nursery was expanded and grew with the addition of many new and unusual varieties of plants, trees and shrubs. In the early 1990's a gift shop was added that has grown to include an extensive selection of outdoor decor products. Nobles is now a full service garden center that continues to grow because of it's dedicated and loyal customers.
